| 1) | Discounts : | Purchases in excess of £100.00 at list price less 5% purchases in excess of £500.00 at list price less 10% |
| 2) | Delivery : | All orders for delivery within the United Kingdom will be despatched by First Class Post. Orders over £250 in value will be sent by Royal6Mail special delivery to be signed for on delivery. A £100 minimum order value for delivery to non United Kingdom addresses will be applied. Delivery by International Registered Post for values up to £2,200.00. UPS or DHL will be used for deliveries above this value. |
| 3) | Returns : | Returns within the United Kingdom up to the value of £250 to be sent by First Class Post with sender retaining a "Certificate of Posting" type P326 available at no cost from your local Post Office. Returns in excess of a value of £250 to be sent by special delivery. Returns from non United Kingdom addresses to be sent by International Registered Post. |
| 4) | Approvals : | Individual items up to a value per item of £250 will be sent on 7 days approval to all accredited customers. For items in excess of £250 a colour print of the item (including content) will be provided at a charge of £1.00 per item payable in advance. This charge will be credited against the sales value of the item. |
| 5) | Accounts : | Unless you are a member of the Postal History Society or the London Postal History Group, the name of two dealers active in the United Kingdom are required as references before an account with Juniper Covers Ltd may be opened. |
| 6) | Payments : | United Kingdom customers should pay by cheque made out to Juniper Covers Ltd. Overseas customers to make payment by a Sterling cheque or negotiable draft payable through a London Clearing Bank. Payments to be sent to the address below. Payment to be made within 14 days from date of delivery of order. |
